Does it make a good gift?
It is a gift built around a photo that matters: grandparents, a partner, a pet, a baby's first days. Order with time to spare, because each one is made to order.
Will my photo show in colour?
No. The screen is a lithophane: the image is not printed, it is made of varying thicknesses. Switched off it looks white; switched on, the warm LED light draws your photo in sepia tones. The colour is only on the case.
Which photo works best?
Landscape photos in 4:3 format, with large faces and good contrast. Pets and portraits of one or two people come out especially well. Avoid very dark backgrounds and blurry photos: a lithophane draws only with light and shadow, and it needs them to be clear. We explain it in more detail in Lithophane: how a photo becomes light.
Which colours is it available in?
Four: pink, green, yellow and blue. The colour is on the sides and the top; the front and back are graphite grey and the screen is white. You choose it on the product page before uploading your photo.
How big is it?
14 × 10 × 8.5 cm (width × height × depth). The screen is a curved lithophane with a 4:3 frame. It fits on a bedside table, a shelf or a desk.
Where is it made?
In our workshop in Gijón (Asturias, Spain). Every TV is made and assembled by hand, one by one, with the photo from each order.

How do I switch it on, and where does it get power?
With the button on the case. It runs on the 2.5 m USB-A cable included in the box and works with any 5 V USB-A charger, a computer or a power bank. The charger is not included.
How much power does it use?
The LED uses less than 1 W. Leaving it on eight hours a day for a year costs less than one euro in electricity.
Does it get hot?
No. The sub-1 W LED does not heat the piece. What you should avoid is outside heat: the case is PLA, which softens under strong heat, so do not leave it next to a radiator, a heater or inside a car in the sun.
Can I put it in the bathroom or outdoors?
No. It is an indoor piece: no direct moisture and no water.
How do I clean it?
Dust with a soft brush or a dry microfibre cloth. Marks with a barely damp cloth. Never use solvents, alcohol or glass cleaner: they can cloud the material and the image loses contrast.

How long does delivery take?
Each TV is made to order with your photo. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page and in the basket before you pay, counted in working days from payment confirmation. If you need it for a particular date, order with time to spare.
Where do you ship to?
Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For now we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside Spain.
Can I return it?
Because it is made with your photo, the right of withdrawal does not apply. If it arrives faulty or with a mistake on our part, you have 15 calendar days from delivery to write to info@pegame.es, and we take care of it. It also carries the 3-year legal guarantee against defects. The details are in the terms of sale.
What if it does not switch on?
First try another 5 V USB-A charger or another standard USB-A cable. If it still does not light up, write to us on WhatsApp or at info@pegame.es with a photo and we will sort it out. We reply within 24 hours on working days.
